I use ShoppingAds on one of my sites but I didn't realize it use Drupal. And probably I would have never realized if I didn't read this post. Is good to know
If you're already a ShoppingAds user, or considering becoming one, you should check out emptyspaceads (a product I left my full-time job at Microsoft to build), which allows you to put ShoppingAds units in your website's empty space. After all, when was the last time you made any money from your site's empty space?

I invite you to try it out and send your honestly brutal feedback. Thanks!

How is it possible to remove ShoppingAds module?

As with any other contrib module. Deactivate in admin/build/modules and remove the files from the file system.

Today I knew shoppingads.com Through your site Can I put ads from other companies in the same location?

You can put other ads on the same page. The module only supports shoppingads ads.

I can't figure out how to make this thing work at all -- no ads appear, though with the keywords I've selected, ads do appear when I configure the campaign at shoppingads.com. No ads appear on my Drupal site either via this module, or even if I manually insert the shoppingads code as a custom block.

Is the "Publisher ID" the same thing as the "shoppingads_ad_client" (the long alphanumeric that appears in the first line of the shoppingads code)? That is the only thing I can find that remotely seems to be a "Publisher ID".

Some docs on how to use this would be very helpful.

The Publisher ID value on the settings page is the value used for the JavaScript variable shoppingads_ad_client. On the settings page for the module below each form field there is an explanatory text for the corresponding field.

Unfortunately, the shoppingads servers seem to be down quite often, so if no ads appear though the module is configured correctly this is very likely the cause.

Well, that's no good; if we can't even count on their servers to be up, how in the world can we count on any income from them?

Guess I'll have to look elsewhere for ads.

Thanks for the reply though -- I really couldn't figure out *what* I was doing wrong!

You're right an ad server that is not reliable is not of much use.

With my page load condition I must have reconsideration to put this script on my blog. too much load can cause my account suspended from my hosting provider. maybe someday after I can host in my own server this ads will be perfect for me.
Which is better, Chitika or Shoppingads, if I run a blog about cell phone news
